Flexible daytime gymnastics opportunities on weekdays for preschool children and home educated gymnasts.
About Our Sessions
Our Preschool and Home Education sessions are designed to provide gymnastics opportunities during the daytime on weekdays.
Sessions can include a mixture of disciplines and activities, allowing gymnasts to experience different areas of gymnastics while developing confidence, coordination and movement skills.
Classes are suitable for preschool children and home educated gymnasts, with activities adapted to the age and ability of those taking part.
Learning and Progression
Sessions will follow appropriate British Gymnastics progressions, allowing gymnasts to develop fundamental movement skills and progress at their own pace.
The mixture of activities also gives gymnasts an opportunity to discover which areas of gymnastics they particularly enjoy.
Further Progression
Gymnasts who develop an interest in a particular discipline can progress into our other classes where appropriate, with further opportunities available through our competitive training pathway.
Class Times
We are looking to add Preschool and Home Education classes during the daytime on weekdays over the next few months.
