Important schedule update
No Classes – Saturday 24 October
Saturday 24 October 2026, 9:00am to Saturday 24 October 2026, 12:00pm
Due to venue unavailability, there will be no classes on this date. All other classes will run as normal.
Become a Member
Due to limited spaces and high demand, we operate a first come, first served waiting list. Once a suitable space becomes available, you will be invited for a trial.
Once a class or trial has been offered, the steps below explain how to complete your registration and get ready to join Heights Club.
Ready to register your interest?
1. Your first visit or trial
Please arrive on the date and at the time agreed with the club, ideally 5–10 minutes early so your child can get ready. A coach will meet you in the sports hall.
Socks and PE kit are fine to start with. Gymnasts attending gymnastics classes will need a leotard; trampoline gymnasts can wear fitted tops and bottoms. No jeans or sharp edges on clothing, as these can tear the trampoline beds.
You must register on our Class Manager system before the trial so we have relevant information such as an emergency telephone number and any special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) or health concerns.
Make sure to read the parent and gymnast handbook before taking part.
2. Create your Class Manager account
Once you have been offered a class or trial, create a Class Manager account. This is your club account for gymnast details and billing. Our team will then assign the offered class to your account.
Class Manager registration does not create British Gymnastics membership. Please complete step 3 separately.
3. Join British Gymnastics
As a British Gymnastics registered club, Heights Club requires all gymnasts to hold British Gymnastics membership. This applies across trampoline, gymnastics and acrobatics.
British Gymnastics membership includes personal insurance, subject to the relevant policy terms. It is separate from your Class Manager account and your class fees; the club does not benefit financially from this membership.
Choose the appropriate preschool, community or competitive membership. Ask your coach if you are unsure which category applies. If you already have membership, check your existing account and update your club details.
4. Understand fees and payments
Recreational fees are £8.75 per hour, with shorter sessions charged at the equivalent rate. There is a one-off £10 joining fee for new members.
Fees cover the whole term, including missed sessions. We do not offer refunds or make-up sessions when a gymnast misses a class. If Heights Club cancels a class, we may arrange a make-up session; otherwise the affected class will be credited. Instalments may be possible for longer terms; please discuss this with your coach.
For ongoing classes, fees can be paid online by debit card through Class Manager or by bank transfer. When paying by bank transfer, use the invoice number as the payment reference.
5. Get ready for lessons
Bring a bottle of water and come ready to take part. A water station is available near the gymnastics or trampoline areas. Leave belongings with parents or use the lockers. Children under eight must stay in the sports hall area, except when using the toilets.
All gymnasts, including those in trampoline classes, take part in floor activities such as stretching and strength conditioning to support their development. Gymnasts may also be asked to spot by the trampoline under coach instruction.
Good behaviour is expected. The club follows British Gymnastics award schemes, with badges and certificates available to buy on completion.
6. Attendance and timekeeping
Please arrive on time and stay for the whole session. Let the team know if there is a one-off reason this is not possible. Late arrival disrupts the group and its progression; coaches may refuse entry more than 10 minutes after the session starts.
